Tyson Foods - - Responsibilities:
Provide daily tactical direction to a 10-12 technician team to ensure scheduled work is completed and documented;
Run SAP-PM for maintenance schedules, downtime, and material usage to ensure accurate reporting;
Coordinate with Refrigeration Manager/Supervisor to plan and prioritize maintenance work based on plant needs;
Train and mentor technicians, conducting skills evaluations and documentation;
Act as supervisor in the absence of the maintenance supervisor and ensure compliance with PSM requirements
