Ground Service Attendant

PAM Transport, founded in Tontitown, Arkansas in 1980, has grown to an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers, yet we still maintain the small‑town feel and community spirit.

This position is Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The pay range is $16–$18 per hour, dependent on experience.

• Cleans assigned areas during assigned hours
• Responds to any major spills or other cleaning crises
• Prepares conference rooms before and after important meetings
• Submits cleaning orders to the designated person
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms, including mirrors, sinks, toilets, stall walls, and floors
• Maintains an adequate supply of hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Removes trash
• Wipes down counters, appliances, tables, and sink in break rooms; removes trash; puts away dishes from dishwasher
• Sweeps and mops floors
• Cleans and dusts conference rooms and offices
• Cleans lobbies and waiting areas
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Can work independently as needed to support group efforts
• Follows oral and written instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment or willingness to learn
• Ability to lift weights up to seventy pounds and perform strenuous work requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and climbing
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic computer skills
