Wellness Pet Company in Decatur, AR is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing maintenance team. Typical hours 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, on-site at the Decatur plant.
The candidate will supervise a 10-person maintenance crew, drive safety and food safety programs, and coordinate preventive maintenance around production schedules. Strong leadership and ear for Lean improvement are essential.
