ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned area including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices and stairways;
Sweep, mop, and remove debris; clean spills and maintain floors;
Empty trash and recycle as designated;
Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment;
Communicate with lead cleaner/manager about repairs or needs;
Maintain cleanliness of desks, furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces;
Move furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning;
Clean interior partitions and glass surfaces;
Perform seasonal tasks such as lawn care or snow removal as needed;
Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
