Pay $27.63-$33.76 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd shift hours Schedule 3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (Other days and hours as needed) On-site Location Plant 3 555 McKee Drive, Gentry AR 72734

Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on all process equipment Set up and change over packaging equipment as required Diagnose and resolve equipment failures in a multi-skilled environment Rebuild equipment and components routinely to ensure reliability Modify and enhance equipment performance as needed Provide technical assistance to production teams Maintain detailed maintenance records and communicate effectively with team members Operate all necessary tools, vehicles, and computers for troubleshooting and repair tasks Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and toolbox Participate in training programs to improve technical skills Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent technical training Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic controls Demonstrated commitment to safety and product quality Above-average mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized work area Proficient in PC usage

4 years of experience in general industrial maintenance 1 year of experience with metal fabrication Experience in installing automated equipment
