Now hiring for an Industrial Janitor (Plant)
Location: Gentry, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 5 AM – 1:30 PM

This opportunity allows you to maintain facilities through dependable cleaning, organization, and attention to detail while supporting a healthy environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Your focus will be on cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas in the plant.
This opportunity is based on a Janitor/Custodian career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial janitorial experience is required
- Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas throughout the plant
- Maintain organized, tidy spaces with consistent attention to detail
- Support a healthy, welcoming environment for employees, customers and visitors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
