Manager​/Maintenance Role

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Role to join their team. As a Maintenance Role, you will be part of the property management department supporting the daily operations of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manager Maintenance Role

Location: Eudora

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the apartment community

• Handle resident relations, lease compliance, move-ins/move-outs, and property administration

• Coordinate and complete maintenance work orders efficiently

• Prepare vacant units for new occupancy

• Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are maintained

• Ability to perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, and grounds maintenance

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to supervise on-site personnel and contractors as needed

• Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies

• Prior experience in property maintenance or management is preferred but not required
