We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Director to join our team at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab. This role is essential in ensuring our facility is safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

Maintenance/repairs/grounds/mechanical - must be able to get along well with people and adapt to daily changes in duties. Normal Monday - Friday schedule with evening or weekend work as needed in emergencies.

The Maintenance Director will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate services with other departments, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead a team, manage work schedules, handle administrative tasks, and maintain equipment and supply levels.

• Supervise daily maintenance functions and staff
• Schedule and assign work orders
• Complete necessary reports and safety documentation
• Implement safety and infection control measures
