Job Description
The Vanpool Intern will assist the department with day-to-day duties as needed, such as performing annual vehicle site inspections of 400 vehicles at offsite locations and preparing follow-up reports to send to customers. The Intern will assist with other projects to create and update department documents and data collection spreadsheets for operational functions. Essential functions include:

Working ConditionsThis position is based in an office setting with standard office equipment. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. However, the business needs of Pace may result in work schedules outside the typical hours/workdays.
This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote telecommuting.
Qualifications AgeMust be 18 years of age or older.
CertificationsMust possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record history.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent. Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in General Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or other related field.
ProficienciesMust demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Customer service and Fast Field mobile application experience are preferred.
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods.
