The Moorings of Arlington Heights | Full Time | Administration Department | 8am - 4pm. Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, meeting preparation and ensure appropriate distribution of meeting materials
  • Responsible for processing departmental accounts payable
  • Responsible for purchasing and maintaining office supplies stock.
  • Edits general correspondence, memoranda, presentations, etc.
  • Interfaces with community management within the organization and represent the respective leadership team in a highly professional manner
  • Works with confidential materials such as executive recommendations and miscellaneous other projects as they arise and are assigned.
  • Monitors postage and copier machines and requests service as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school / GED Required
  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.
  • Experience with PCC, UKG, ICON, and Screen Cloud is a plus.
  • English language proficiency
