Job Description

Arlington Heights Ford/Tasca Auto seeking Full-time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our multi-location team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
  • Take incoming service calls.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
  • Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into the service department.
  • Attend training as requested by manager.
  • Follow script and instructions from a supervisor.

Compensation
  • $15 - $16.50 per hour
