Sphere Digital Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing ad-tech company in Chicago to recruit a Director of Sales. You will lead hunter-style sales across CTV, programmatic, mobile, and data-enabled media solutions, developing long-term partnerships with agencies and advertisers.
The role is hybrid (2 days per week in the Chicago office) with a $150K base and ~OTE $300K once ramped, plus a strong commission structure.
