Principal Associate, Chief of Staff – Global Network

• Manage key operational workflows and leadership forums
• Build sustainable and scalable solutions addressing associate friction points and improving customer outcomes
• Structure ambiguous problems and independently execute plans to answer high-level questions
• Establish and socialize timelines and workback schedules
• Develop data-driven presentations for senior audiences
• Communicate business value to team members, stakeholders, and partners
• Act as a thought partner and step in for the manager in strategic conversations when necessary
• Use data, logic, and evidence to influence decisions
• Build relationships and collaborate with partners to understand customer needs
• Maintain a responsive service mindset and manage stakeholder expectations

• Support colleagues outside the immediate scope when bandwidth allows

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 Years Project Management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills

  Masters or MBA degree
• Preferred:
  At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
