Path Construction seeks a qualified Project Manager to join our organization in the Chicago, IL area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices nationwide. The right candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on multi‑family, strong technical skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Our expertise spans healthcare, residential, retail, senior living, self‑storage, transportation, water and waste treatment, convention centers, laboratories, correctional facilities, and institutional projects. DutiesLead and manage a project team to drive project success; oversee day‑to‑day activities of subcontractors and suppliers; handle contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, and tracking submittals; enforce safety controls and maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
- 5+ years of construction experience with a focus on multi‑family.
- Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License with a positive motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000.
