Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator looking to take ownership of projects from initial bid through to completion? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects. You'll play a key role in both winning work and delivering successful projects, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Prepare competitive estimates and proposals for commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate project costs
• Complete quantity take-offs and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from award through to final completion
• Coordinate purchasing of materials and manage project procurement
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
• Produce and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, billings, and closeout documentation
• Support field supervisors and installation teams throughout project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

• Have 5+ years' experience in Electrical Project Management, Estimating, or Electrical Construction
• Can confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications
• Have experience preparing project estimates, managing budgets, and negotiating change orders
• Possess strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• AutoCAD experience
• Experience with electrical estimating software
• PE or EIT certification
