• Oversee the end-to-end management of data centre construction and infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and project performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing data centre construction or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data centre design, construction, and operational requirements is a plus.
