Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Concierge to support daily front desk operations in our senior living community. This is a PRN, flexible role with competitive pay, strong team support, and a mission-driven culture.

• Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour (credit for experience)

  PRN; 4–8 hour shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm, including weekends (set shift preferred)

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across departments
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, organized front desk experience
• Help foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the community

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
• Prior concierge or customer service experience preferred (senior living a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment
