We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Laundry Service Associate to join our team and help us deliver excellent service to our community.

As a Laundry Service Associate, your role will be at the heart of our operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our laundromat runs smoothly and that every customer leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with using laundry machines and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including wiping down machines and folding tables.
• Monitoring machines to ensure they are functioning properly and reporting any issues.
• Handling basic cash or card transactions for services.
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service to create a positive experience for all visitors.

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves. While no prior experience is required, here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and stay organized.
• A willingness to assist customers and solve problems with a smile.
• Basic knowledge of operating laundry machines (we’ll help you learn the ropes if needed!).
