Sr. Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are a growing manufacturer seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is more than a traditional customer service role.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the leadership potential to grow as our company continues to expand.

• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Track orders, communicate updates, and proactively solve problems.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes.

• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, account management, or order management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a desire to lead by example.
• Demonstrated leadership experience—or clear leadership potential is highly valued.
