Work Schedule:

9 am - 5 pm, Mondays - Fridays (including non-paid 1 hour lunch break) or 9am - 3pm, negotiable work time.

Salary: $18-20/h

• Customer Service
• Service Apartment Management
• General Administration

• Assist setting up utilities for our clients.
• Support clients who have issues with their housing.
• Follow up with clients who will have renewal contract in 90 days
• Update CRM and Excel spread sheet to manage client status.
• Coordinate seminars.
• Support clients to move into the property
• Communicate with new clients and give advice via phone or web conference.
• Negotiate with property owners on behalf of clients.
• Maintain good relationship with corporate clients.
• Manage the Service Apartment daily duties.
• Support other team members.
• Perform office administration duties as needed.
• Other customer service care duties.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Proficient in business level Japanese and English
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other basic computer skill
• Communication skill
• Customer Service experience
