Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Contact Center Representatives. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, primarily handling password resets and account unlocking. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to password resets and account unlocking.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to resolve their issues.
- Verify customer identity and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Follow processes diligently and resist social engineering attempts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

- Reliability and flexibility to work a shift schedule.
- No prior technical experience is required; training will be provided.
