Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full Time

Favia Family Dental is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice full‑time. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral health, and helping create a welcoming dental experience, we’d love to meet you!

Full‑time

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatments
• Take and review digital radiographs
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and OSHA standards
• Build strong patient relationships that promote long‑term oral health
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
