Dental Front Desk Coordinator – Experienced (Eaglesoft Required)
Our established OON/FFS dental office is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Front Desk Coordinator who understands the dental field and can help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients.
Requirements- Experience working at the front desk in a dental office
- knowledge of Eaglesoft
- Familiarity with dental insurance, block scheduling, and patient communication
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Excellent customer service skills
- Patient scheduling and coordination
- Insurance verification and processing
- Managing Eaglesoft software efficiently
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming office atmosphere
- Assisting with daily front office operations
