Job Overview

Lead Teacher positions are available full‑time at Ecole 360 Child Development Center in Arlington Heights.

• Assist the lead teacher in meeting individual needs of children by interacting with them to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
• Work with the lead teacher to design an appropriate room arrangement that supports the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
• Create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning.
• Present expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
• Assist the lead teacher in implementing activities that develop self‑esteem and social skills.
• Build teamwork.
