Neuro Health Arlington Heights is seeking an outgoing and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our office team of dedicated professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-established clinical practice while gaining hands‑on experience in grassroots and professional marketing within the healthcare field.

Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
Compensation may increase based on experience and performance.

• Conduct proactive grassroots marketing by personally delivering brochure packets to targeted medical offices and practices in the local area
• Travel to multiple locations during work hours using personal transportation
• Maintain and update the marketing information database
• Manage marketing materials, inventory, and distribution tracking
• Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with internal staff and external digital marketing vendors as needed

• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort representing a clinical practice in professional office settings
• Interest in marketing, communications, or healthcare-related fields preferred
• Willingness to work a minimum of two days per week, Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)

Neuro Health Arlington Heights is a well-established and continually growing pediatric and adult clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and forensic psychology practice. Located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Neuro Health provides assessment, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services to children, adolescents (including high school and college-age students), and adults.
