Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and mechanical system projects, including chillers, boilers, custom fabrication, and process piping. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with design teams and field staff to ensure alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Implement design‑build and design‑assist delivery methods to optimize cost and schedule performance.
  • Support innovation through the use of technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical or HVAC construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems including thermal storage, cogeneration, and variable air volume systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
