Manufacturing Engineer
Our client is a financially healthy manufacturer near Arlington Heights Illinois. Due to the growth of their business, they have an immediate need to attract a Manufacturing Engineer who will:
- Evaluate and understand customer requirements
- Be involved with programming and machining practices and geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Provide guidance and documentation that will lead to improved quality and efficiency
- Help with new part development, cycle time estimation, output optimization, set up time reduction, quality improvements, new process development, revision change control etc
- Design and draw fixtures, work-holding devices and gages as needed
- Provide technical data and guidance to gain efficient strategies for production
- Create working drawings to communicate guidelines for suppliers
Requirements:
- Ability to work without needing immigration sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite daily in Arlington Heights (relocation assistance will be provided)
- Degree
- Relevant experience doing the things described above
