Mechanical Engineer

• Design, analyze, and integrate electro-mechanical hardware system
• Solve complex engineering challenges balancing performance, cost, and schedul
• Contribute across all lifecycle phases: requirements, concept development, detailed design, production, and environmental testin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, program management, and external stakeholder
• Create and release technical documentation, drawings, and design package
• Support manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering change activitie
• Present design solutions and analysis in internal and external review
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharin

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering + 2+ years of experience in electronics packaging, or a Master’s degr
• Experience in electro-mechanical hardware development, including one or more of the followin
• Thermal or structural analys
• Microelectronics or opto-mechanical desi
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (Siemens NX preferred) and PDM too
• Experience leading small to mid-sized engineering effor
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutio
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholde
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearan
