RF Product Engineer

Join a growing semiconductor technology organization developing advanced RF solutions for a variety of wireless and high-performance communication applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to support the successful launch and long-term performance of innovative RF products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from development through production release.
• Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product readiness.
• Analyze yield, performance, and reliability data to identify and implement improvements.
• Support product characterization, validation, and qualification efforts.
• Develop and maintain product specifications, manufacturing documentation, and test requirements.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing, assembly, and test partners.
• Investigate production issues and drive root cause and corrective action activities.
• Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize test programs, product limits, and screening methodologies.
• Support supplier quality and manufacturing process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF product engineering, semiconductor engineering, test engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of RF measurement techniques and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience with automated test systems and data analysis.
• Understanding of reliability testing, qualification programs, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
