Laundromat Attendant

• Assisting customers with operating washing machines and dryers.
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of the laundromat.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
• Handling cash transactions accurately using a touch screen POS system.
• Restocking supplies such as detergent and fabric softener.
• Reporting maintenance or equipment issues to managers.
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of how to sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry.
• Average technology skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Ability to use a POS system to accept credit card payment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) if necessary.

• Risk of slips and falls due to wet floors.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and detergents.
