Autos of Chicago – Arlington Heights, IL. Autos of Chicago is one of the largest independent dealerships in the Chicagoland area, with over 500 vehicles in inventory and a fast-growing sales operation. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results‑driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Present finance products to customers.
  • Secure financing through our network of lenders.
  • Maximize dealership profitability through product sales while maintaining compliance.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.
  • Structure deals and obtain lender approvals.
  • Review contracts and funding packages for accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize closing ratios.
  • Assist with special finance and challenging credit situations.
Requirements
  • Previous automotive F&I experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Route One, Dealer Track, and lender programs.
  • Proven track record of product sales and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
