- Serve as a key finance business partner to the AMER Commercial team
- Work closely with the sales team to provide key insights and unlock commercial opportunities
- Act as a finance stakeholder in contract negotiation, review, and approval
- Analyze current business performance and identify levers to drive growth and profitability
- Partner with Sales Directors to prepare and execute regional strategies
- Perform ad hoc analyses and deep dives for regional commercial projects and growth initiatives
- Lead preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts, including risk and opportunity analysis
- Deliver regional financial management information and executive-level commentary
- Present results during regional quarterly business review sessions
- Support, develop, and implement improved processes and controls for sustainable, profitable B2B scaling
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related fields
- 3+ years of related professional experience
- Sales organization support and/or commercial finance experience
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to analyze data, solve business problems, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences
- Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable navigating an ambiguous business environment
- Exceptional listening and persuasive communication skills
- Self-starter able to thrive in a large, global, fast-paced organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and automation in business processes
Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and commercial finance, with a strong ability to deliver actionable insights and support sales strategies. Proficient in managing financial performance and developing processes for sustainable B2B growth.
