Endeavor Health - Up to $27.32/hour - NCH 800 W Central Rd Arlington Heights - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, oral care, eating, and other daily activities under supervision of a RN/LPN;
Obtain patient vital signs and input/output checks and report abnormalities;
Perform procedures as directed by RN/LPN (e.g., EKGs, perineal care, Foley bag management);
Collect specimens (urine, feces, sputum) and document care in electronic medical record;
Assist with admitting, discharging, transferring, ambulating, transporting, and observing patients to ensure safety
