Patient Care Technician- Nursing Students

Position: Patient Care Technician- Nursing Students -Various Shifts
Endeavor Health -  - Responsibilities:
Enters specific patient Treatments, charges to facilitate management of the patient healthcare record;
Assists the care team in coordinating patient activities and services;
Assists patients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, oral care, eating, use of bedpan or urinal, positioning, answering and responding to patient call lights, bed making, etc.;
Obtains patient vital signs, input and output checks, and accu-checks, and reports abnormalities to the nurse;
Documents basic patient care into electronic medical record
