Endeavor Health - - Responsibilities:
Assists patients with personal care needs under supervision of a RN/LPN;
Obtains patient vital signs, input and output checks, and accu-checks, and reports abnormalities;
Documents basic patient care into electronic medical record;
Collects specimens such as urine, feces, sputum, and delivers as necessary;
Assists nursing and clerical staff with admitting, discharging, transferring, ambulating, transporting, and observing patients to ensure safety
