Qualifications:

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credential or equivalent
  • Current Cath Lab experience (recent, hands-on)
  • Valid state license or eligibility in Illinois
  • Advanced understanding of cardiac cath lab procedures
  • ACLS/BLS certification required
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to new facilities and protocols
  • Effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, operate, and maintain Cath Lab imaging equipment
  • Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures and interventions
  • Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs throughout procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff
  • Participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives
