Radiologic Technologist III - Weekender Nights

Hourly Pay Range

$31.46 - $48.76 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  Radiologic Technologist II – Nights
• Location:
  
  Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL
• Part Time – 16 hours per week
• Hours:
  
  Every other Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am. One holiday per year and on‑call schedule.

The Radiologic Technologist II will operate radiology equipment and perform radiographic examinations to provide the clinical team with films, images, or other records to be used for diagnosis and/or treatment. The Radiologic Technologist II will explain radiology procedures to patients, position patients for safe examinations, and help establish the patient's trust in the clinical team.

• Education
  :
  High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher, preferred.
• License
  : IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure.
• Certifications
  : ARRT – Radiography (R); BLS certification (CPR and AED) from the American Heart Association (AHA), required.
• Experience
  : 1 year prior x‑ray experience in a surgical environment, required. Knowledge of all current ACR/JCAHO requirements to maintain compliance with all rules and regulations.
