The Golf Services Associate is vital in delivering top‑notch customer service to our club members and guests. You'll support our golf operations team by managing essential outdoor services. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with bag handling, preparing carts, overseeing range operations, and ensuring immaculate work areas. You will play a key role in making sure golf carts are clean, functional, and ready for our members to enjoy their game.

• Assist golfers with loading and unloading their equipment, preparing them for play, and providing post‑round support such as cleaning clubs and delivering them to vehicles.
• Promote club events and share helpful information to enhance the experience of our members and guests.
• Manage the staging and assignment of golf carts, track their usage, and ensure they are well maintained and free of damage.
• Keep the cart barn, practice areas, parking lot, and pro shop entrance clean and organized.
• Prepare practice areas with necessary equipment, including range balls, for daily use.
• Collaborate effectively with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Complete daily tasks in alignment with club standards, keeping all areas organized and stocked.

Due to the nature of our club operations, you may be asked to assist colleagues and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred candidates will have:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a relevant role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with members, guests, and team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

This position primarily involves outdoor work in various temperatures and conditions. Responsibilities include sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting, reaching, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., and effective communication.

Adherence to attendance requirements set forth in the weekly schedule is essential. Flexibility in working additional hours, weekends, and holidays is required.
