Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant – Technology & IT

• Lead recruitment efforts for complex, critical, and high-impact technology and IT positions
• Provide guidance and support to the broader recruiting team
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Deliver talent market intelligence and recruitment strategies supporting organizational goals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for key positions
• Advise on talent acquisition best practices, hiring trends, and competitive market conditions
• Coach recruiters and support process excellence
• Analyze recruiting metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects
• Help attract, hire, and retain top talent through effective talent acquisition strategies and stakeholder partnership

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 7 years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience OR high school diploma and 11 years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience directing or mentoring recruiters supporting talent acquisition initiatives
• Experience building effective relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Negotiation skills, potentially including vendor agreement experience
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive recruitment strategies and hiring decisions
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements across Talent Acquisition
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter
• Experience recruiting executive-level talent preferred
• Experience supporting workforce planning and talent strategy discussions preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement efforts preferred
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred
• Experience recruiting technical roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data & AI, Enterprise Applications, and IT Operations preferred
• Strong understanding of technology concepts, technical skill sets, and industry trends preferred
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on hard-to-fill and niche technical positions preferred

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices and sourcing methodologies, with a strong ability to analyze recruiting metrics and implement effective recruitment strategies. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and mentoring recruiters to enhance process excellence and stakeholder partnerships.
