직무내용- 채용사이트, Linked In, 인재 DB 등 활용한 후보자 발굴 및 소싱
- 고객사 채용 위한 지원자 스크리닝, 인터뷰 일정 및 채용 진행 관리
- ATS 및 Excel을 활용한 지원자·채용 포지션 DB 관리 및 리포트 작성
- 지원자, Recruiter 및 고객사 간 채용 관련 커뮤니케이션 지원
- 합격자 온보딩 및 입사서류 관리
- 기타 HR
· Recruiting 운영 및 행정업무 지원
- 신입 채용
- 학사 졸업(예정)자 (HR, 경영, 심리 등 관련 전공 우대)
- HR
