Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Tech

Keeper Security is hiring a 100% remote Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (from select locations) to support full-cycle recruiting and candidate onboarding logistics.

• Own key steps of the full-cycle recruiting process, including application review, candidate and hiring manager correspondence, interview coordination, and support for new hire onboarding activities
• Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications
• Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Facilitate communications between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely status updates throughout the interview process
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support, and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews
• Launch assessments, monitor progress, and manage related communications
• Collaborate with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities
• Create and maintain process documentation, communication templates, and recruitment reporting
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system
• Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
