About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile development methodologies, software development life cycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.
- Convert technical & architecture user stories into well-defined engineering tasks.
- Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 2-3 sprints.
- Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep, assess feasibility, and provide level of effort analysis.
- Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
- Coordinate across multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (Agile, SDLC, Testing).
- Experience in defining epics, stories, and tasks for client-facing products.
- Proven ability to work in large matrix organizations with multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Agile certification (preferred).
- AWS certification (a plus).
