Senior Manager, Data Integration

Overview

The Senior Manager of Data Integration will oversee the seamless integration of data across platforms and systems across Sysco companies. They will lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-level data pipelines and ELT solutions, bridging technical data architecture with business strategy. Ensure data quality, system integrations and data governance across platforms to drive actionable insights and operational efficiency.

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Establish data standards, improve data quality, ensure security, and align integration efforts with company-wide data governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams such as Finance, Operations, SUS, SCIM, OMAE to translate business requirements into functional, integrated data models and work across Sysco companies (Sysco Labs, Sysco Specialty, Sysco USBL).
• Manage data flows, ensure data quality and consistency, and troubleshoot issues; maintain complex data integrations with 24/7 reliability.

• Education Required:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  7+ years of experience in data warehousing, application database development and/or analytics; 5+ years of active SQL coding, data integration, ETL processes, SQL and database management and cloud data integration platforms.

• Expertise in data modeling and architecture
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SUS, SAP, Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record for driving business results
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
