Senior Business Systems Analyst – IAM

• Assist the Director of IAM and Senior Service Delivery Manager with planning activities, meeting minutes, follow-up, email, reporting, and data analysis
• Gather requirements from the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Develop and refine Features and User Stories for Agile teams
• Define acceptance criteria, dependencies, and risks
• Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions and establish story points where applicable
• Refine Epics with the Product Owner and subject matter experts
• Serve as a liaison and knowledge source for stakeholders, Product Owner, and Testing team members
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters to maintain a holistic view of prioritized work
• Participate in Daily Standups, Agile Ceremonies, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Planning
• Ensure questions are addressed before user stories are prioritized
• Drive sprint goals and maintain the team backlog with four to six weeks of ready work
• Run queries and create progress dashboards using Azure Dev Ops or comparable tools
• Create and own Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Organize and schedule meetings to coordinate immediate and upcoming work
• Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner, serving as Scrum Master backup and vice versa

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related experience
• 1+ years of professional experience managing IAM projects
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• General knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management), specifically in RACF mainframe or comparable tools such as SailPoint IIQ and Cyber Ark
• Ability to effectively work in multiple Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Notes, and Teams
• Preferred experience in data analytics, including SQL querying
• Experience writing user stories in an Agile environment and building/maintaining dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated business/technical analyst experience
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrates expertise in Agile methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, and sprint planning. Proficient in IAM concepts and tools, with strong analytical skills to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
