Senior Manager – Content Operations (Adobe Workfront & DAM)

Global Organisation | Supporting US Marketing Function

Templeton & Partners is partnering with a global brand undergoing significant marketing transformation — and we’re looking for a Senior Manager to own and elevate their Content Operations ecosystem.

This is not a “system admin” role.

This is a strategic platform leadership position.

You will own the vision, governance, and optimisation of the Adobe Workfront and DAM environment, ensuring it enables scalable, intelligent, enterprise-level content production across marketing, creative, and operations teams.

• Lead the roadmap for Workfront & DAM
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflow innovation
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Creative, IT, Rev Ops & agencies
• Influence platform strategy at a senior level
• Enable global scale across a predominantly US-based marketing function

• Has 5–7+ years in marketing technology or content operations leadership
• Brings strong hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience (certified or in progress)
• Has led DAM platforms in complex marketing environments
• Understands integrations across CMS, CRM, automation tools
• Is comfortable working aligned to US Central Time

Workfront Fusion, DAM certifications (Bynder, Aprimo, AEM Assets), AI workflow exposure.
