AI Business Solutions Implementation Intern

Help clients resolve business needs and improve operating performance, technology use, customer experiences, and management decision-making
Define, craft, develop, and implement business and technology solutions
Analyze current practices, processes, technologies, and data against industry practices, technologies, and benchmarks
Support business process consulting and reengineering
Support organizational change management and project management
Conduct technology assessments, financial analysis, municipal advisory, and data analysis
Assist with implementing new technology systems
Perform process mapping, data and requirements gathering and analysis
Support client meeting facilitation and presentations
Support strategic planning and financial analysis
Assist with finance and regulatory compliance projects for state and local governments
Assist with software implementation through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and training
Support finance, operations, risk management, and compliance functions
Help public-sector clients define, design, develop, and implement solutions

• College senior or graduate student graduating within the next year
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain, Public Policy/Public Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Preferred areas of study include Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering;
  Economics, Public Policy, or Public Finance;
  Operations Management or Supply Chain;
  Public & Environmental Affairs;
  Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance;
  Information Technology or Management Information Systems;
  Information Science, Computing & Informatics; or Computer Science focused on cybersecurity, networks, or security engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve issues
