Over the course of 12 months, you will grow into the responsibilities of the role, gradually building your expertise in supporting clients through complex claims processes and delivering tailored solutions. You will learn to act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on coverage and claims issues for large and complex cases, while mastering the ability to oversee and document all claim‑related activities with accuracy and transparency.

Through training and real‑world experience, you will develop the confidence to collaborate with clients and brokers, address claims challenges, and facilitate client meetings and claims reviews to align on strategies and action plans. As you refine your negotiation skills, you will become adept at advocating for positive client outcomes by influencing reserve changes and claim resolutions. Additionally, you will learn to research and gather claims information from clients and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.

By the end of your first year, you will have the tools and knowledge to analyze problematic or complex claims and develop strategies to achieve favorable resolutions, making a meaningful impact on the claims process and client satisfaction while advancing your career at Gallagher.
