What We Need:
The District Translator is directly responsible to the Director of EL department and provides oral/written translation... Programs with oral and written translations in English and Spanish. Receive, translate, and submit English/Spanish documents to District departments, and principals. Maintain accurate records of all Bilingual/ESL and Immigrant translations that are received and submitted to appropriate parties. Attend training that may be available for translator to improve translation skills.
Be available to interpret at regularly scheduled Board of Education and Committee Meetings for Spanish speaking parents...
