Management Trainee – Leadership Development

The Management Trainee role begins at the entry level with a comprehensive training program covering:

As trainees master each phase, they take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities. Successful candidates advance into Team Lead and Executive Marketing Management roles based on performance.

This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

• Execute and support field marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Coordinate with clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
• Work alongside corporate and field managers to customize strategies for specific market segments
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing live promotional events
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback on tools and strategy
• Drive brand awareness and customer engagement within retail venues
• Contribute ideas to increase revenue and improve campaign effectiveness
