Seeking an experienced Epic Applications Manager - Ancillary to lead a team of 9 application analysts and oversee Epic clinical applications including Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, Lumens, and Optime/Anesthesia
.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 Epic application analysts
• Partner with clinical operations and IT to improve workflows and drive system optimization
• Oversee application projects, upgrades, maintenance, testing, and issue resolution
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and Epic
• Help shape the evolving Ancillary team structure and drive progress on outstanding initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables

• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience managing Epic clinical applications
• Experience with any Epic clinical module; direct Ancillary module experience is a plus
• Epic certification preferred, but not required
• Strong coaching, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and make an impact

• Onsite during the first 90 days
• Currently 1 remote day/week after probation; expected to increase to 2 remote days/week this fall
